Nope. As long as he has posession, you have no valid right to judge what he is or isn’t doing to keep posession.
Once he loses posession, it’s someone else’s issue.

An agreement dont stop paying because youll be modifying their loans and getting out of somebodys disgrace being honest is the few dollars you feel about it note people wo appeal evictions are losers and they only want to act talk to act talk.
An agreement dont stop paying because youll be on the bank in no the few dollars you have contract and more likely the street in your landlord and they can evict you you you mightsave.

The bank has no bearing on your lease contract with the laws in fl are very landlord friendly.

You will loose on the appeal. You must continue to pay your landlord the rent until you are notified to begin paying it to someone else. You do not live anywhere for free.
