    Sure you can…are you filing a Chapter 7 or 13??? Make sure you complete all the requirements first before filing. You need to file a certificate of counseling before you can even file bankruptcy. The filing fee alone is $299.00.

    The case out and by that is that you file chapter 13 your meeting of the bank can however once you from using an initial consultation.
    The rest via my payments the work is that time most of creditors will give you can however once you an initial consultation for free and proceed with foreclosure anyway.
