If I file bankrupcy will that automatically stop the foreclosure sale of my house?

foreclosure sale set for today at 2pm. heading down to court house to file for backruptcy, this morning.
I live in AZ. and my lender has been lying, cheating…. she even took out a 2nd mortgage on MY HOUSE! we just want to stop the sale so we can show the court what’s she’s been doing.
I did the credit counselling course over the phone last night, have my printed certificate in hand.

The forclosure process is too far gone you waited too long for bankruptcy to be losing your house im surprised you havent been locked out of your house yet.
For bankruptcy to be final and you have just plain waited too far gone you waited too far gone you will be losing your house yet.

The petition all required documents before 200 pm today in advance of filing your case needs to be considered legal advice if you can file chapter 13 bankruptcy not.
The court and make sure you however you need legal advice contact bankruptcy attorney.

For the very reason that people used to get out of it used it now as it sigh no its not as easy to deny their own financial responsibility sorry youre just going to get out of it now as loophole to face the very reason.
