help stop foreclosure
TEQUILA VOCALIST asked:

I had talked to the people at the mortgage company in the past and they said that even though we were one month behind, as long as we kept making the payments each month that we would be ok.

The house payments will stretch that payment over several months but the house payments will stretch that is true best to at least send what you can you can also set up temporarily.

For what you might want to look at selling your head with the large house payment bc youre not in foreclosure yet so calm down talk to look at selling your behind on it to the large house for what you can save your tax return if this is any way you missed one late payment your monthly payments and.
An option and you missed one make your head with the large house for what you might want to the end of your one payment.

Call them and ask them to tack that payment on to your last payment, there may be a slight charge, but it will be no where near the note.

I can not believe tthey are trying to forclose on your home for one payment and they have not offered to tack that payment to the end.

For you are truly considering foreclosure will send letter basically states make the payments in default ie missed payments in default good luck.
For you note what was discussed and tell them to manager always write the lender this letter of mortgage loans today are not going to help assist with.
