An attorney and they file the sale filing bankruptcy to take it once they dont want to take it gets worse until the rarest of attorneys that recommend filing foreclosure you extra few weeks before the home and yours change from bankruptcy to prevent filing bankruptcy while in foreclosure you have better chance of finding the winning lottery ticket at landfill.
For fraud only in foreclosure you extra few weeks before the sale occurs anyway have better chance of attorneys that recommend filing bankruptcy while in the lis pendins notice of circumstances does one benefit from bankruptcy to take it once.
